Dunstan Chestnut Seedlings
Dunstan chestnuts are the most widely planted chestnut trees in the United States today. Developed in the 1950s by Dr. Robert T. Dunstan, these trees are a hybrid of American and Chinese chestnuts—combining the cold-hardiness and growth form of the American chestnut with the blight resistance of the Chinese chestnut.
